ABOUT THIS WINE

A true expression of our vineyard and the art of patient winemaking, Black Crest Reserve represents the pinnacle of our red wine collection.

Crafted from an equal blend of Baco Noir and Marquette, this exceptional wine begins with carefully selected, estate-grown fruit. Each varietal is harvested, fermented and aged separately for 16 months in 225-litre French and American oak barriques, allowing its individual character to fully develop.

Following maturation, a selection of the finest barrels is brought together to create a wine of exceptional harmony, depth and complexity. The result is a beautifully balanced reserve that celebrates the distinctive character of our Grand Bend vineyard and the craftsmanship behind every bottle.
